We are slowly resuming the Dental Therapy clinical services for Wagmatcookewey School.
We have to start with dental forms titled Community Oral Health Services Consent Form. It is a double sided form or two pages.
Please fill one out for each of your children you wish to enrol for dental care.
Dental forms can be picked up / dropped off at the Wagmatcookewey School Dental Therapy Clinic.
We have oral hygiene kits available for students take home also.
Please call prior to coming to the school/ clinic so I know who to expect. Ph # 902-295-1558.
I am in the community & clinic every Thursday & Friday 930- 330 (weather/roads permitting)
